Aap ne apne mohalle ki masjido me kitni martaba dekha hoga ki wahabi namaz ke bahane aapki masjido me fitna karne aate hain or koi sunni Alim ya aawaam me se Aitraaz karta hai to jawab me kahte hain ki topi pahnna kaha se sabit he ye koi zaruri nahi chalo aaj is Topic me is baat ki tahqeeq karte hain ki ye wahabi sahi bol rahe hain ya fitna karne aate hain aap ki masjido me

iski tahqiq in wahabiyo ke ulma ki kitabo se karte he shuru me hum apni kitaab se hawala date he baad me in wahabiyo ki kitab se hawala dage inshaAllah

2 susti ki wajah se kisi  waqt khule sar namaz padi jaay to makrooh e tanzihi he jiski wajah se sawab kam ho jayga

3 khule sar namaz ko sunnat bagair aadat bana li jaay to makrooh e tahrimi he

4 khule sar namaz ko sunnat samajh kar ada karna bi;ddat  he

5 khule sar namaz ko afzal wa sunnat samajh na or namaz me sar dhakne ko bura janna kufr he

(1) jamaat ahle hadees ( gair muqalied) ke bani miya nazeer hussain farmate he

: juma ki namaz ho ya koi or namaz rasoolAllah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) or sahaba  Radi Allahu Taala Anhu Aamama bhand kar namaz padte the is shahanshah ahkamul hakimin ne apne darbaar me hazir hone ke bare me yeh hukum kiya hai ki tum log har namaj ke waqt apne kapde le liya karo yani apne kapde pehan kar namaj padha karo or kapde me aamama bhi shamil hai q ki aamama ek masnun kapda hai (Hawala : Fatawa najiriya jild 3 . page no. 272.)

(2) Mashur Gair muqllid  aalim molana daud gaznavi aur molana abdul jabbar gajnavi likhte hai :

islam ke shuru zamane ko chhod kar jab ki kapdo ki kami thi uske baad is aajij ki nazar se koi aisi riwayat nahi guzri jisme saaf taur me ho ki nabi sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne ya sahaba kiram  Radi Allahu Taala Anhu ne masjid me or wah bhi namaj baajamat mein khule sar namaj padhi or maamul bana lena door ki baat hai isliye is buri rasam ko jo fail rahi band karna chahiye agar fashion ki wajah se khule sar namaj padhi ho to namaj maqruh hogi. agar aajiji ke khayal se padhi jaye to ye isaaiyo ke saath musabihat hogi or agar susti ki wajah se hai to munafiqo ki ek aadat se musabihat hogi garz har lihaaz se ye napasand amal hai (Fatawa : ulama e hadees jild 4 page 290 se 291 tak)

(3) molvi sanaullah amratsari  likhta he

sahi tariqa namaz ka wahi he jo nabi sallallahu alaihi wasallam se sabit hua he yani badan par kapda  or sar dhaka hua pagdi se ho ya topi se ( fatawa sanaiya jild 1 page 524)

(4) wahabiyo ke shaikul hadees molvi mohammed ismail salfi likhte he

garz kisi hadees se bhi bagir mazburi ke khule sar namaz ki aadat banana sabit nahi sirf be’amli ya bad’amli ya susti ki wajah se yeh riwaaz badh raha he balki jahil to ise sunnat samajhne lage he (Allah ki panah) or liikhte he kapda mojud ho to khule sar namaz ada karna ya jid se hoga ya kam aqali se ( fatawa ulmaa’e ahle hadees jild 4 page 286se 289 tak)

(5 )molvi abu saied sharfudin likhte he

ba hukum (har namaz me apna libaas pahno) or rasoolAllah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke sar me Amama rakhne se Amama sunnat he or humesha khule sar ko namaz ki aadat banana bhi bi’ddat he or khilafe sunnat he (fatawa sanaiya jild 1 page 292)

(6) gurba ahle hadees ke imaam molvi abdul sattar likhte he

topi ya Amama ke saath namaz padhni behtar wa afzal he kyuki topi or Amama khubsurti ki alamat he (fatawa satariya  jild 3 page 59)

(7) molvi abdul mazid sohadravi likhte he

khule sar namaz ho jati he mager faishon or laparwahi or taassub ke bina par mustakil yeh aadat bana lena jase aaj kal kafi ho raha he humare nazdik sahi nahi  nabi sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne khud ye amal nahi kiya (fatawa ulmaey hadees jild 4 page 281)

(8) molvi muhibulllah shah rashidi likhte he

yeh kahna ki sar dhakne par pasandida hone ka hukum nahi lagaya ja sakta isse rakimul huruf ko ikhtilaf he  hadiso ki jayadti se maloom hua ki aqsar nabi sallallahu alaihi wasallam or sahaba Radi Allahu Taala Anhu sar par Amama bhandte rahte ya sar par topiya hoti thi or is lekahk ke ilm ki had tak siway haz wa umrah ke koi aasi sahi hadees nahi daikhne me mili jisse yeh ho ki huzur sallallahu alaihi wasallam khule sar ghumte firte the ya kabhi sar e mubarak par Amama vagerah tha lakin masjid me aakar Amama vagera utarr kar rakh liya or khule sar namaz padhni shuru ki hum ne bade bade ulma wa fuzla ko daikha he wah aqsar sar dhak kar chalte firte or namaz padhte he yeh aaj kal nai nasal khususan ahle hadees jamaaat ke afraad ne maamul bana rakha he use chalte hua ye faishon ka ibtidaah to kaha ja sakta he masnoon nahi (al -eatisaam lahor bhag 45 ankh 27 30 julay 1933)

(9) molvi ishaaq bhatti sahab likhte he

bade bade ulma e hadees khule sar namaz padne ko bura karaar date the lakin nai daor ke ahle hadees ulma khule sar namaz padne ke haq me dalile faraham karte  he ( mahanama arshid lahor )

in fatwo se pata chala ye log faishon ki ittebaa karte he or Zid me or sirf fitna karne ke liya  topi nahi pahante he

Note: kisi Hadees Me Nabi Ya Sahaba Se Bger Zroorat Nannge Sar Namaz Sabit Nahii
