Islaam Mein Har Naya Kaam Gumraahi Or Gunaah Nahin

Musalmano’n mein kuch aesi baatein raeez ho gayi hain jo aesi shakl mein Rasoolallah ﷺ or Sahaba Kiraam ke zamaaney mein na thi. Agarchey baad mein inka riwaaz hua lekin in mein koi Deeni wa Islami maslihat hai or khilaaf shar’aa koi baat bhi in mein nahin payi jaati or woh Qur’an wa Hadees ke kisi hukm ke khilaaf nahin hai to inko karne mein koi harz nahin hai inko Bid’at wa Gumraahi kehna saraasar nadani hai. Jaise buzurgo’n ke naam par sadqa wa khairaat karna, aehbaab wa aam muslimeen ko khilana pilana jise Niyaaz dilana kehte hain fatiha dilana. Qur’an khwaani karna, Urs karna, Mehfile Meelad Shareef ka in-eeqad, azaan ke baad namaaz ki yaad dahaani ke liye Masaajid mein salaat pukaarna. Qabro’n par azaan dena. 12vi Shareef ke din Rasoolallah ﷺ ki wilaadate shareefa ki khushi manana wagerah yeh sab kaam achhe hain or inko karne mein koi harz nahin hai jabki inme koi aesi jyadati na ho jo khilaaf shar’aa ho or shariyate-islamiya ke daayre mein hi kiye jaaye, kuch log kehte hai ki yeh sab baatein isliye gunaah hain ki Huzoor ﷺ ke zamaaney mein inka koi wujud na tha halanki inki asl haqeeqat us zamaney mein bhi thi yaani kisi na kisi shaklmein yeh Huzoor ﷺ ke zamaaney mein bhi paaye jaatey they, or Bid’at yaani naya kaam gumraahi tab hota hai jabki woh Sarkar ﷺ ke zamaney mein kisi bhi shaklmein na hua or inko karne mein kisi shar’ee hukm ki mukhalifat hoti ho, aaney wale saf-haat mein inki asl se muta’alliq Ahadees bhi mulahiza farmayenge.
Agar Islam mein har woh kaam bid’at wa gumraahi hai jo Huzoor ﷺ ke zamaney mein na tha to Madaaris ka qaayam karna, chandey karna, ilm Nahav wa sarf balaagat wa fasaahat padhna, Madaaris mein salana Khatme Bukhari ke jalsey dastaar bandi, masjido’n par meenar banana, ilm-e-usool wa fikaa padhna, aeraab yaani Zabar, Zair, or Pesh lagey hue Qur’an padhna, padhana or chhapna. 40 din muqarrar karke tableeg ke liye nikalna yeh sab kaam bhi Huzoor ﷺ ke zamaney mein na they lihaza yeh bhi gumraahi ho jayegi. Khulasa yeh ki Ahadees se yeh baat saabit hai har naya kaam gumraahi nahin agar iski asl Huzoor ﷺ ke zamaney mein ho or isko karne mein koi Deeni bhalai ya Islaam or Musalmano’n ka nafa ho.
Ab is silsiley mein Ahadees mulahiza farmaiye

imarwi hai ki Rasoolallah ﷺ ne irshaad farmaya ki jisne Islam mein koi achha tareeka nikala to isko uska azr wa sawaab milega or jitne log us par amal karenge un sabka sawaab bhi usko milega or unke sawaab mein koi kami nahin ki jayegi or jisne Islam mein koi bura tareeka nikala to us par uska gunaah hoga or jitne us par chalenge un sabka gunaah bhi us par hoga or un gunaaho’n mein bhi koi kami nahin ki jayegi.

Is Hadees ke sharah mein Imam Navvi (Al-mut-wafa 676 Hijri) farmatey hain-
Is Hadees se Huzoor ﷺ ke farmaan or har naya kaam bid’at hai or har bid’at gumraahi ki takhsees ho jaati hai or beshak is Hadees mein Huzoor ﷺ ne naye kaamo’n ko gumraahi farmaya hai jo baatil ho or un bid’ato’n ko jo mazmoom or buri ho or bid’at ki 5 aqsaam hain – Wajib, Mandoob, Haraam, Makrooh, Mubaah
(Haashiyaaye Muslim Safa 327).

Isse khoob zaahir hua ki Imam Navvi ka maslak yehi tha ki bid’at ki 5 kisme hain. Lihaza har bid’at or naye kaam ko gumraahi nahin kehna chahiye.

Hadees No. 2:
Hazrat Abu Hurerah Radiallaho Ta’ala Anho se marwi hai ki Rasoolallah ﷺ ne irshaad farmaya jisne sawaab wa yaqeen ki niyat ke sath Ramzaan mein taraweeh ki namaaz padhi uske guzishta gunaah maaf kar diye jaatey hain. Ibne Shihab kehte hain ki Rasoolallah ﷺ duniya se tashreef le gaye or baat itne hi tak rahi or Hazrat Abu Bakr Saddique ki khilaafat mein or Hazrat Umar ke shuru daur-e-khilaafat mein bhi yehi chalta raha (Yaani ba-kayeda ba-jama’at taraweeh ki namaaz nahin padhi jaati thi) Abdur-rehmaan kehte hain ki main Hazrat Umar ke sath ek din Ramzaan ki raat mein Masjid mein gaya to logo’n ko alag-alag namaaz padhtey dekha koi akela padh raha hai, kisi ke sath chand log namaaz padh rahe hain. Hazrat Umar ne farmaya meri raaye mein agar main in logo’n ko ek Imam ke sath jama kar deta to behtar hota. Phir is khayaal ko amli jaama pehnaya or sabko Hazrat Ubaee Ibne Ka’ab ki Imamat par jamaa farma diya Hazrat Abdur-rehmaan kehte hain phir main agli raat Hazrat Umar ke sath Masjid mein gaya to dekha sab log namaaz-e-taraweeh ek hi Imam ke sath ba-jama’at ada kar rahe hain, Hazrat Umar ne dekhkar farmaya yeh bid’at (Naya kaam) bahut achha hai.

Is Hadees se khoob wajeh ho gaya ki Hazrat Umar ke nazdeek har naya kaam bid’ato gumrahi nahin or yeh ki bid’at or naye kaam kuch achhe bhi hote hain.

Hadees No. 3:
Hazrat Jaid Ibne Saabit farmatey hain ki Jung Yamama ke zamaney mein Hazrat Abu Bakr ne mujhko bulaya to dekha Hazrat Umar bhi paas baithe hain. Hazrat Abu Bakr ne mujhse farmaya ki yeh Umar mere paas aaye or kaha Yamama ki ladaaee mein Qur’an ke Qaari bahut taadaad mein shaheed ho gaye hain or mujhko khatra hai ki yunhi ladaaee mein Kaari shaheed hote rahe to Qur’an ka bahut sa hissa hath se chala jayega. Meri raaye hai ki aap Qur’an ko jama karne ka hukm dein. Abu Bakr Siddique ne farmaya ki maine Umar ke is kehne par unse kaha ki aap woh kaam kaise karenge jisko Huzoor ﷺ ne na kiya ho? To Umar ne mujhse kaha lekin kaam hai to achha. To Umar baar-baar yeh baat mujhse kehte rahe yahaan tak ki Allah Ta’ala ne mera seena khol diya or meri raaye bhi ab wohi hai jo Umar ki raaye hai. Raawi Hadees Jaid Bin Saabit farmatey hain phir mujhse Abu Bakr Siddique ne farmaya tum jawaan aadmi ho or aqalmand bhi ho or humko tum par aetbaar hai tum Rasoolallah ﷺ ke zamaaney mein Wahee likhtey rahey to koshish karke Qur’an ko jama karo, Jaid kehte hain Khuda ki qasam agar woh log mujhko pahaad dhaaney ka hukm dete to woh bhi mere liye isse aasan tha. Maine kaha aap log woh kaam kaise karenge jo Rasoolallah ﷺ ne na kiya ho? In logo’n ne farmaya lekin kaam hai to achha phir baraabar Abu Bakr mujhse yeh baat dohraatey rahe yahaan tak ke Allah Ta’ala ne mera seena khol diya jis tarah inka seena is kaam ke liye khol diya tha. Phir maine Qur’an Kareem ko khujoor ki shakho’n, pathar ke tukdo or logo’n ke seeno’n se talaash karke jama karna shuru kar diya. Yahaan tak ke Sureh Tauba ki aakhiri Aayat (Lakad Ja’akum Rasool) se lekar aakhir Sureh tak Hazrat Khuzaima Ansari ke paas thi or kisi ke paas na thi. Hazrat Jaid farmatey hain ki yeh jama shuda nuskha Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique ke paas raha phir inke wisaal ke baad Hazrat Umar ke paas or inke wisaal ke baad inki saahib zaadi Ummul Momineen Hazrat Hafsa ke paas.

Is Hadees ke sharah mein sheikh Abdul Haq Dehalvi Lam’aat mein farmatey hain.
Yaani is Hadees se saabit hai ki woh kaam yaani jama Qur’an (Quran ka Jamaa Karna) bid’atey Hasna yaani achhi bid’at hai.

Hadees No. 4:
Hazrat Saaeeb Ibne Yazeed se marwi hai ki Jummey ke din ek azaan us waqt hoti thi jab Imam mimbar par tashreef laate Huzoor ﷺ ke zamaaney mein or Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique wa Hazrate Umar Radiallaho Ta’ala Anhuma ke daur mein to jab Hazrat Usmaan Gani ki khilaafat ka zamana aaya or aabadi jyada hui to unhoney mukaam-e-zaura par ek azaan ka izafa farmaya. Yaani ab 2-2 azaaney hone lagi.

Is Hadees se bhi maloom hua ki kisi Deeni maslahat ya zarurat se agar koi amal ijaad kiya jaaye to woh gumraahi nahin jaise Hazrat Usmaan ne awaam ki jyadati ke peshe nazar Jumah mein ek azaan ka ijaafa kiya jo aaj tak saari duniya mein hoti hai warna Huzoor ﷺ ke zamaaney mein Jumah mein sirf ek hi azaan hoti thi.
Hadees No. 5:
Hazrat Bilaal Haaris se marwi hai ki Rasoolallah ﷺ ne irshaad farmaya jisne kisi Sunnat ko raaiz kiya jabki mere baad log usko bilkul chhod chuke they to usko is par amal karne wale saare logo’n ka sawaab milega or inke sawaab mein koi kami na ki jayegi or jisne aesi bid’at naye kaam ko ijaad kiya jo gumraahi hai to is par amal karne wale ka gunaah hoga or inke gunaah mein bhi kami nahin aayegi.

Is Hadees Shareef mein Huzoor ﷺ ne bid’at ke aagey zalaalat (gumrahi) ki qaid lagakar wajeh farmaya ki har bid’at or naya kaam gunaah nahin balki wohi jo zalaalat yaani gumraahi ho. Goya ki bid’at ki taqseem or uska achha or bura dono’n tarah ka hona khud Rasoolallah ﷺ se manqool hai. Is Hadees ki sharah mein Mulla Ali Kaari farmatey hain.
Yaani bid’at ke sath zalaalat (gumrahi) ka lafz isliye laya gaya taki bid’at Hasna ko shaamil na ho.

Khulasa yeh ki Niyaaz Fatiha, Milaad Shareef, Salaat wa Salaam, Urs or Mazaraat ki haaziri, Qabr par azaan wagerah ko bid’at wa najayez kehkar rokne walo’n ko in Hadeeso se sabak haasil karna chahiye, haq yeh hai ki yeh sab kaam achhe hain, haan woh log galatfehmi ka shikaar hain jo unhe farz waajib samajhtey hain or farz wa waajib samajh kar karte hain. Farz to Islam mein 5 waqt ki namaaz, Ramzaan ke rozey hain. Maal ki zakaat nikalna hai, juaye sharaab lautri cinema gaaney tamasho se bachna bhi farz hai. To jo log namaaz rozey ko chhod kar haraam kamo mein lagey rehte hain or Niyaaz Fatiha karte hain or Urs wa Mazaraat ki haaziri ko Islaam samajhey hue hain yeh log bhi sakht galatfehmi or badi bhool mein hain or jo Allah ke Rasool or dusre buzurgaaney deen ki shaan mein be-adab hote hain, gustaakhiya’n karte hain woh bade badnaseeb Khuda or Rasool ke dushman or Jehannam ka indhan hain. Khulasa yeh Allah Ta’ala ki ibaadat Huzoor ﷺ ke bataaye hue tareeqe par karna farz wa zaroori hai or yehi Islam hai or iske sath Allah walo’n se mohobbat ke izhaar ke liye Niyaaz wa Fatiha hoti rahe to yeh behtareen baat hai. Isme koi gunaah nahin hai. Jabki yeh Urs wa Milaad wagerah shari’at ke daayre mein ho. Inme koi khilaafe shar’a baat na ho. Jaise nautanki, dhol, baaje, gaane, tamaashey, aurto’n ki bepardagee wagerah.
