Is liye Hadees me farmaya gaya “ An yujassasal Qubooru “ yeh na farmaya gaya “ Alal Quboore “ Dusre yeh ki Aammatul Muslemeen ki pukhta ki jaye kyuki yeh befayda he. To Ma’ana yeh hua ki har Qabr ko yeh pukhta banane se mana farmaya. Teesra yeh ki Qabr ko saawat,takalluf ya fakhr ke liye pukhta kiya. Yeh teeno soorte mana he aur agar nishani baqi rakhne ke liye kisi Waliyullah ki Qabr pukhta ki jaye to jaiz he Kyuki  Huzoor Alaihissalatu Wassalam ne Usman ibne Maz’oon ki Qabr Pukhta paththar ki banai Jesa ki Pahle Bab me Arz kiya gaya. Lam’aat me isi “An yujassasal Qubooru “ ke ma’at hat he. “ Lema fihe minzzinate wattakallufe “ Kyuki isme mahaj sajawat aur takalluf  he. Jis se malum hua ki agar isliye na ho to Jaiz he. “ An yubna alaihi “ Yaani Qabr par Imarat banana mana farmaya he. Iske chand Ma’ani he. Awwalan to yeh ki khud Qabr par imarat banai jaye. Is tarah ki Qabr deewar me shamil ho jaye.

Panchvi yeh ki jab banane wale ka yeh aitekaad ho ki is imarat se mayyat ko rahat ya fayda pahunchta he to mana he ki yeh galat khyaal he aur agar jaaireen (jiyarat karne wale) ki rahat ke liye imarat banayi jaye to jaiz he.

Humne yeh taujihe isliye ki, ki bahut se sahaba ikraam ne khaash-khaash Qabro par imaraat banayi he yeh fy’al (kaam) Sunnate Sahabaa he chunanche Hazrat Farooque (Radiallahu Anhu) ne Huzoor Alaihissalatu Wassalam ki Qabre Anwar ke ird-gird imarat banayi. Sayyadana Ibne Zubair (Radiallahu Anhu) ne us par khubsoorat imarat banayi. Imam Zainul Aabedeen (Radiallahu Anhu) ki biwi ne apne shohar ki Qabr par kubba dala jisko hum bahawala  Miskaat Babul-Buka se naql kar chuke. Jauze Imam Zainul Aabedeen (Radiallahu Anhu) ke Fy’al (kaam) ke mat’hat Mulla Ali Qari Mirkaat Sharah Mishkaat Babul-Buka me farmate he- Tarjama- jahir yeh he ki yeh kubba dosto aur Sahabaa ke jama  hone ke liye tha taaki Zikrullah aur tilawate Quraan kare aur Duaae Magfirat kare lekin in bibi ke is kaam ko mahaj befayda banana jo ki makruh he yeh Ahle Bait ki shaan ke khilaf he.

Muntaka Sharah Mua’tta Imam  Maalik me Abu Abd Sulaimaan Alaihirrahma farmate he-

Tarjama- Hazrat Umar (Radiallahu Anhu) ne Zainab Binte Jahash ki Qabr par kubba banaya. Hazrat Aaisha ne apne bhai ki Qabr par kubba banaya. Muhammad Ibne Hanfiya (Ibne Hazrat Ali) ne Ibne Abbas ki Qabr par kubba banaya Radiallahu anhum aur jisne kubba banana makruh kaha he to uske liye kaha jo ki usko fakhr wa takabbur ke liye banaye.

Na ki waha mujawir ban na . Mujawir ban na to jaiz he. Mujawir usko kahte he jo ki Qabr ka Intejam rakhe. Kholne band karne ki chabi apne paas rakhe wagerah wagerah .yeh Sahabaa  ikram se saabit hazrat Aaisha Siddiqua Radiallahu Anha Musalmano ki walida Huzoor Alaihissalatu Wassalamki Qabre Anwar ki muntjema aur chabi wali thi. Jab Sahabaa ikraam ko jiyarat karni hoti to un se hi khulwa kar jiyarat karte. (dekhe Mishkaat Babuddafan) Aaj tak Roza-E-Mustafa Alehissalam par mujawir rahte he kisi ne unko Na-jaiz na kaha,

(2) Mishkaat Babuddafan Safa-148 me he.

Abu Hayaj Asadi se marvi he ki mujh se Hazrat Ali Radiallahu Anhu ne farmaya ki kya mai tumko is kaam par na bheju jis par mujhko Huzoor Alehissalatu Wassalam ne bheja tha wah yeh ki tum koi tasweer na chodo magar mitaa do aur na koi unchi Qabr magar usko barabar kar do.

Ibne Umar Radiallahu Anhu ne Abdurehman Ki Qabr par kubba khema dekha lihaja Aapne farmaya ki ay ladke isko alaahida kar do. Kyuki un par unke amal saya kar rahe he in dono Hadeeso se malum hua ki agar kisi Qabr par Imarat bani ho yak i Qabr unchi ho to usko gira dena chahiye.

Agar kisi Musalman ki Qabr unchi ban bhi gayi. Tab bhi usko nahi ukhed sakte Kyuki usme Musalman ki tauheen he. Awwalan uncha na banao. Magar jab ban jaye to na mitaao. Quraan paak chota size chapna mana he dekho Shaami Kitabul-Karahiyat. Magar jab chap gaya to usko na feko na jalaao. Kyuki isme Quraan ki be’adbi he.
