(9) maal ka Nami Ho Na yani badhne wala maal hona Khwa Haqeeqat ton badhne wala maal ho Jaise Maal e Tijarat aur Charaaee par chore huge janwar ya Huq-man badhne wala maal Ho Jaise Sona Chandi (10) Maal e nisab Par Ek Saal Guzar Jana.

★ Taraveeh ki ibteda to Huzoor Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ﷺ se hui, magar Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ﷺ ne is andesha se k ye Farz na ho jaye 3 din se zyada jama’at nahi karwayi, Sahaba Radiyallahu Anhum Fardan Fardan padha karte the or kabhi 2-2,4-4 Sahaba Radiyallahu Anhum jama’at kar lete the,

★ Hazrat Umar Radiyallahu Anhu ke zamane se aam Jama’at ka rivaaj hua or us waqt se aaj tak Taraveeh ki 20 hi raka’at chali aa rahi he, or 20 raka’at hi sunnate moakada he,

Kya roza rakhne ke liye zaroori he k Taraveeh bhi padhi jaye???

★ Ramzan ul Mubarak ke muqaddas mahine me din ki ibaadat roza he, aur raat ki ibaadat taraveeh he, chunache irshad he,:

جعل اللله صيامه فر يضةوقيام ليله تطوعا

” Allah ta’ala ne is maahe Mubarak ke roze ko Farz kiya he aur is me raat ke Qayaam ko nifli ibaadat banaya he, ”

★ Isliye do no ibaadate karna zaroori he, Roza Farz he aur Taraveeh Sunnate moakada,

Kya Gair Ramdhan me Taraveeh Tahajjud ki namaz ko kaha gaya he??

★ Tahajjud alag namaz he Jo k ramZan aur gair Ramzan dono me masnoon he, Taraveeh sirf Ramzan ul Mubarak ki ibaadat he,

⇨Tahajjud aur Taraveeh ko ek namaz nahi kaha ja sakta, Tahajjud ki raka’at bhi 4 se 12 tak he, darmiyana darja 8 raka’at he, isliye 8 rakaat tahajjud ko tarjeeh di gayi,

Agar koi shakhs bimaari ki vajah se roza na rakhe to ese shakhs ki taraveeh ka kya banega?

Wo taraveeh padhega ya nahi??

★ Jo sakhsh bimaari ki vajah se Roza ki taaqat na rakhta ho aur Taraveeh padhne ki taaqat ho to Taraveeh zaroor padhni chahiye,

Taraveeh ba -jamaat padhna kesa he?
Agar taraveeh masjid me jama’at ke saath
na padhi jaye to kya gunah hoga??

★ Ramzan ul Mubarak me masjid me taraveeh ki namaz hona sunnate kifaya he, agar koi masjid taraveeh ki jama’at se khaali rahegi to saare mohalle wale gunahgar honge,

Kuchh log kehte hai, namaze taraveeh ka Agaaz ek ijtihaad ke tahat Hazrat Umar Raziyallahu Anhu ne kiya tha,!
Agar ye durust he to fir Namaze taraveeh Sunnat kese hui?

★ Namaze taraveeh ko ijtihaad kehna ek galat ijtihaad he,

⇨ Namaze taraveeh ki targeeb khud Huzoor Sallallahu Alaihivasallam se sabit he, aur Taraveeh ka jama’at se Ada karna bhi Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ﷺ se sabit he,

⇨ magar is andesha se k kahi ye Ummat per Farz na ho jaye Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ﷺ ne jama’at ka ahatmam tark farma diya,

★ Hazrat Umar Farooq Radiyallahu Anhu ke zamane me chunki ab ye andesha nahi raha tha, isliye is sunnat jama’at ko dobara jaari kiya gaya,

★ iske alawa ” Khulfa e Rashedeen ” Radiyallahu Anhum ki iqteda ka laazim hona shariyat ka ek mustakil usool he,

⇨ Agar bil- Farz taraveeh ki namaz Hazrat Umar Radiyallahu Anhu ne ijtehaad hi se jaari ki hoti to chuki Tamaam sahaba Radiyallahu Anhum ne isko bila etraaj qubool kar liya,

⇨Aur baad ke Khulfa e Rashideen Radiyallahu Anhum ( Hazrat Usman Radiyallahu Anhu , Hazrat Ali Radiyallahu Anhu) ne is per Amal kiya,

⇨ isliye baad ke kisi shakhsh ke liye ijma e sahaba Radiyallahu Anhum aur sunnate khulfa e Rashideen Radiyallahu Anhum ki mukhalfat ki koi gunzaish nahi rahi,

⇨ Yahi vajah he k Ahle Haqq me se koi ek bhi Taraveeh ke Sunnat hone ka munkir nahi,,

20 Raka’at Taraveeh Sunnate Moakada he

★ Hazrat Umar Radiyallahu Anhu ka Akabire Sahaba Radiyallahu Anhum ki mojoodgi me 20 Raka’at taraveeh jaari karna, Sahaba Radiyallahu Anhum ka us per nakeer na karna aur Ahad e Sahaba Radiyallahu Anhum se lekar aaj tak 20 Raka’at taraveeh ka musalsal ahatmam rahna is amr ki daleel he k ye Allah ta’ala ke pasandida deen me dakhil he,

” Allah ta’ala khulfa e rashideen ke liye unke is deen ko karaar v tamkeen bakhsenge Jo Allah ta’ala ne unke liye pasand farma liya, ”

®Al-akhtyar sharah al-mukhtar me he, ↴

↳★ Asad bin umar v imam Abu yusuf Reh se rivayat karte hai k,

” mene Hazrat imaam Abu Hanifa Reh se taraveeh aur Hazrat Umar Radiyallahu Anhu ke fayl( kaam) ke bare me sawal kiya to unhone farmaya k,

” taraveeh sunnate moakada he aur Hazrat Umar Radiyallahu Anhu ne isko apni taraf se jaari nahi kiya, na woh koi bid’at ijaad karne wale the, unhone Jo hukm diya wo kisi asal ki bina per tha Jo unke paas mojood thi,

→aur Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ﷺ ke kisi ahad per mubni tha,

→Hazrat Umar Radiyallahu Anhu ne ye sunnat jaari ki aur logo ko Hazrat Abi bin Ka’ab per jama kiya,

→pas unhone Taraveeh ki jama’at karayi, us waqt sahaba ikram Raziyallahu Anhum kaseer tadaad me mojood the, Hazrat Usman Radiyallahu Anhu, Hazrat Ali Radiyallahu Anhu, Hazrat ibne Masuod Radiyallahu Anhu, Hazrat Abbas Radiyallahu Anhu, Hazrat Talha Radiyallahu Anhu, Hazrat Zuber Radiyallahu Anhu, Hazrat Mu’aaz Radiyallahu Anhu aur bhi digar Muhajireen v Ansar Radiyallahu anhum sab mojood the,

→magar ek ne bhi is fayl ko radd nahi kiya, balki sabne Hazrat Umar Radiyallahu Anhu se muwafkat ki aur iska hukm diya, ”

-2 Khulfa e Rashideen ki jaari karda Sunnat ke bare me Vasiyat e Nabvi Sallallahu Alaihivasallam,

★ 20 Raka’at Taraveeh 3 Khulfa e Rashideen Radiyallallahu Anhum ki sunnat he aur Sunnat e Khulfa e Rashideen ke bare me Huzoor Akram Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ﷺ
Ka irshade girami he,

” Jo shakhs tumme se mere baad jeeta raha woh bahut se ikhtilaf dekhega,

→pas meri sunnat ko aur Khulfa e Rashideen Muhaddiseen ki Sunnat ko laazim pakdo, ise mazboot thaam lo aur daanto se mazboot pakad lo

→Aur nayi nayi baato se etraaj karo kyuki har nayi baat bid’at he aur har bid’at gumrahi, ”

★ Taraveeh me ek baar poora Quran majeed sunna Zaroori he, aur sunnate moakada he,

Huzoor Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ﷺ har saal Ramzan ke Aakhri ashre me aitkaaf farmaya karte the,

® Bukhari, Muslim

★ isliye Allah ta’ala tofeeq de to har musalman ko is sunnat ki barkato se faayda uthana chahiye,

★ Hazrat ibne Abbaas Radiyallahu Anhu se rivayat he k, Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ﷺ ne farmaya,

”_ Jo shakhs Allah ki raza ke liye ek din ka Aitkaaf karta he to Allah ta’ala uske aur Jahannam ke darmiyan teen khandaqo ko aad bana denge,

Ek khandaq ki musafat asmaan o zameen ki darmiyani musafat se bhi zyada chodi he,

 Aitkaaf ki 3 qisme he’n,
       
1- Waajib, 
2- Sunnat, 
3- Nifl,

 Waajib Aitkaaf: –

★ Waajib Aitkaaf wo he Jo mannat maanne se waajib ho gaya ya kisi masnoon Aitkaaf ke tod dene se uski qaza waajib ho gayi,

⇨ Masail: –

★ 1- Jis Aitkaaf ki zabaan se mannat maan li ho wo mannat ki shart per mokoof ho ya na ho dono soorato me Aitkaaf waajib ho jata he,

★2- Sirf Dil me niyat kar lene se mannat nahi hoti balki zabaan se alfaaz ka Ada karna zaruri he,

★3- Mannat wale Aitkaaf me Roza rakhna zaruri he chahe ye Roza Ramzan ka ho ya iske alawa kisi aur machine ka, Aur Aitkaaf bhi  Ramzan me ho ya iske alawa kisi aur mahine me,

★4- Ek din ka Aitkaaf karne ki mannat maani ho to sirf Din ka Aitkaaf waajib hoga, agar 24 ghante ki niyat saath ki ho tab 24 ghante hi ka Aitkaaf waajib hoga,

★ 5- Agar kisi ne mannat maante waqt ye kaha k me Raat ka Aitkaaf karunga aur Dil me niyat Din ki bhi thi to ye mannat sahi nahi, is per Aitkaaf waajib nahi hoga kyuki Raat me Roza nahi hota,

★6- Agar ek se zyada Dino ke Aitkaaf ki niyat maani ho to itne Din aur Raat dono ka Aitkaaf karna padega, aur agar ek Raat se zyada Raato ki mannat maani tab bhi Din aur Raat do no ka Aitkaaf karna zaruri he,

★ 7- Agar ek se zyada Dino ke Aitkaaf ki mannat maani ho aur niyat ye ki k sirf Dino ka Aitkaaf karunga aur Raat ko masjid se bahar aa jaunga to esi niyat durust he, lihaza esa shakhs subeh sadiq se pehle Masjid se chala jaye aur gurube aftaab ke baad wapas aa jaye,

★ 8- Jab ek se zyada Dino ke Aitkaaf ki mannat maani ho to in Dino pe dar pe rozana Aitkaaf karna waajib he, darmiyan me waqfa nahi kar sakta,

⇨Albatta agar mannat maante waqt zaban se keh de k me itne Dino me mutafarrik tor per Aitkaaf karunga to bhi jaa’iz he,

★ 9- Jin kaamo ke liye sunnate Aitkaaf me nikalna jaa’iz he, waajib Aitkaaf me bhi in kaamo ke liye nikalna jaa’iz he, aur jin kaamo ke liye sunnate Aitkaaf me nikalna jaa’iz nahi to un kaamo ke liye Aitkaafe waajib me bhi nikalna jaa’iz nahi,

     Aitikaaf E Sunnat 

★ Aitkaafe Sunnat wo he jo sirf Ramzanul Mubarak ke aakhri ashre me kiya jata he,

 Masail e Aitkaafe Sunnat: –

★ 1- Ramzan ke sunnat Aitkaaf ka waqt Beesva Roza poora hone ke din gurube aftaab se shuru hota he aur Eid ka chand nazar aane tak rehta he, Moatkif ko chahiye k wo Beesve din gurube aftaab se pehle Aitkaaf wali jagah pahunch jaye,

★2- Ye Aitkaaf Sunnate Mokada alal kifaya he Yani bade shehro ke mohalle ki kisi ek  masjid  me aur Gaanv dehaat ki poori basti ki kisi ek masjid me koi ek Aadmi bhi Aitkaaf karega to sunnat sabki taraf se Ada ho jayegi, agar koi bhi Aitkaaf na kare to sab gunahgaar honge,

★ 3- Jis Mohalle ya basti me Aitkaaf kiya gaya he us mohalle aur basti walo ki taraf se sunnat Ada ho jayegi, agarche Aitkaaf karne wala doosre mohalle ka ho,
,
★ 4-Aakhri ashre ke chand din ka Aitkaaf Aitkaafe Nifl he Sunnat nahi,

★5- Aurto’n ko Masjid ki bajaye apne ghar me Aitkaaf karna chahiye,

★ 6- Sunnate Aitkaaf ki dil me itni niyat kaafi he k me Allah ki raza ke liye Ramzan ke aakhri ashre ka masnoon Aitkaaf karta hu’n,

★7- Kisi shakhs ko ujrat dekar Aitkaaf me bithana jaa’iz nahi,

★8- Masjid me ek se zyada log Aitkaaf kare to sabko sawab milta he,

★9- Masnoon Aitkaaf ki niyat 20 tareekh ke gurube aftaab se pehle kar leni chahiye, agar koi shakhs waqt per Masjid me dakhil ho gaya lekin usne Aitkaaf ki niyat nahi ki aur Suraj gurub ho gaya to fir niyat karne se Aitkaaf sunnat nahi hoga,

★10- Agar kisi ne pehle 2 ashro me Roze nahi rakhe ho ya taraveeh na padhi ho to wo bhi Aitkaaf kar sakta he,

★11- Jis shakhs ke badan se badbu aati ho ya esa marz ho jiski vajah se log tang ho to esa shakhs Aitkaaf me na bethe,

⇨Albatta agar badbu thodi ho Jo khushbu vagera se door ho jaye aur logo ko takleef na ho to jaa’iz he,

   Aitikaaf KE Shara’it 

⇨Aitkaafe masnoon ke sahi hone ke liye ye cheeze zaruri he’n: –

★ 1- Musalman hona,

★ 2- Aaqil hona,

★ 3- Aitkaaf ki niyat karna,

★ 4- Mard ka Masjid me Aitkaaf karna,

★ 5- Mard aur Aurat ka janabat yani gusl waajib hone wali haalat se paak hona, lihaza agar koi shakhs haalate janabat me Aitkaaf shuru kar de to Aitkaaf to ho jayega lekin ye shakhs gunahgaar hoga,

★6- Aurat ka haiz v nifaas se khali hona,

★7- Roze se hona, agar Aitkaaf ke dauran koi ek Roza na rakh sake ya kisi vajah se Roza toot jaye to Aitkaaf masnoon bhi toot jayega,

★ 1- Khana peena ( Basharte k masjid ko ganda na kiya jaye )

★ 2- Sona,

★ 3- Zarurat ki baat karna,

★ 4- Apna ya doosre ka Nikaah ya koi aur Aqd karna,

★ 5- Kapde badalna,

★6- Khushbu lagana,

★7-Tail lagana,

★8- Kanghi karna (Basharte k masjid ki chatai aur qaaleen vagera kharab na ho ),

★9- Masjid me kisi mareej ka muaena karna, nuskha likhna ya dava dena, lekin ye kaam bager ujrat ke ho to jaa’iz he varna makrooh he,

★ 10- Bartan dhona,

★ 11- Zaruriyaat Zindgi ke liye khareed farokht karna Basharte k sauda masjid me na laya jaye,

★ 12- Aurat ka Aitkaaf ki haalat me bachcho ko doodh pilana,

★ 13- Moatkif ka apni nashishtgah ke ird gird chaadare lagana,

★ 14- Moatkif ka masjid me apni jagah badalna,

★ 15- Baqadre zarurat bistar, saabun, khane peene ke bartan, haath dhone ke bartan aur mutalaa ke liye deeni kitaabe masjid me rakhna,

Aitkaaf Ke Mamnuaat v Makroohaat

★ 1- Bila zarurat baate karna,

★ 2- Aitkaaf ki haalat me fahash ya bekaar aur jhoote qisse kahaniya ya islam ke khilaf mazameen per mushtmil literature, Tasveer wale akhbaraat v Rasail ya akhbaar ki jhooti khabre masjid me lana, rakhna, padhna, Sunna,

★ 3- Zarurat se zyada samaan masjid me laakar bikher dena,

★ 4- Masjid me bijli, gais aur paani vagera ka beza istemal karna,

★ 5- Masjid me Cigarette, Bidi v Huqqa peena,

★ 6- Ujrat ke saath hajamat banana aur banwana,

⇨lekin agar kisi ko hajamat ki zarurat he aur bager ujrat ke banane wala mayassar na ho to esi soorat akhtyar ki ja sakti he k Hajamat banane wala masjid se bahar rahe aur Moatkif masjid ke andar,

              Mutafarrik Masail 

★ Ramzan ke Aakhri 10 din ka aitkaaf sunnate kifaya he,

⇨ agar mohalle ke kuchh log is sunnat ko Ada kare to masjid ka haq Jo ahle mohalla per laaZim he Ada ho jayega, aur agar masjid khali rahi aur koi shakhs bhi aitkaaf me na betha to sab mohalle wale laaiqe itaab honge aur masjid ke aitkaaf se khali rehne ka vabaal poore mohalle per padega,

★ Jis masjid me namaz panj waqta bajama’at hoti ho usme aitkaaf ke liye bethna chahiye aur agar masjid esi ho jisme panj waqta  namaz bajama’at na hoti ho, usme panj waqta namaz bajama’at ka intezam karna ahle mohalla per laazim he,

★ Aurat apne ghar me ek jagah namaz ke liye muqarrar karke waha aitkaaf Kare, usko masjid me aitkaaf me bethne ka sawab milega,

★ Aitkaaf me Quran majeed ki tilawat, Darood Sharif, Zikr v Tasbeeh, Dini ilm sikhna aur sikhana, Ambiya Alaihissalam, Sahaba ikram Radiyallahu anhum aur buzurgane deen ke halaat padna, sunna apna mamool rakhe,

★ Be-zaroorat baat karne se ayraaj kare,

★ Aitkaaf me be-zaroorat aitkaaf ki jagah se nikalna jaa’iz nahi, varna aitkaaf baqi nahi rahega,

⇨ Yaad rahe k Aitkaaf ki jagah se muraad poori masjid he, jisme aitkaaf kiya jaye, khas wo jagah muraad nahi Jo masjid me aitkaaf ke liye makhsoos kar li jati he,

★ Peshab -Pakhana aur Gusl ke liye bahar Jana jaa’iz he, isi tarah agar ghar se khana lane wala koi na ho to khana khane ke liye ghar Jana bhi jaa’iz he,

         Waajib ul  Gusl 

★ Agar kisi Moatkif per Gusl waajib ho jaye to gusl karne ki zarurat ke liye Moatkif ko bahar nikalna jaa’iz he,

★ Moatkif ko Din ya Raat me ahatlam ho jane per Aitkaaf per koi asar nahi padta,

★ Agar Masjid me Gusalkhana mojood ho to usi me gusl karna chahiye lekin agar gusalkhana na ho ya usme gusl karna mumkin na ho to, maslan Masjid me pani vagera girne ka andesha ho to is soorat me bahar ja sakta he,

★ Sardiyo me ahatlam ho jaye aur garam pani ka intezam masjid me na ho aur thande pani se nuksaan ka andesha ho to Moatkif Tayammum kare, Masjid me rahe aur apne ghar ittela kare taki pani garam ho jaye,

*_Aur agar qareeb me kahi garm pani ka hammam ho to waha ja sakta he, ho sake to waha bhi pehle ittela kar de aur foran gusl karke aa jaye,

    Jum’a ke Liye Jana 

★ Behtar ye he k esi Masjid me Aitkaaf kiya jaye jisme Namaze Juma hoti ho, lekin agar kisi Masjid me juma nahi hota to doosri Masjid me Juma ke liye ja sakta he,

*_Albatta is garz ke liye ese waqt me nikle jab ye andaza ho k Juma ki jagah pahunch kar 4 raka’at sunnat Ada karne ke foran baad khutba shuru ho jayega,

★ Kisi Masjid me Juma padhne ke liye gaya to Farz padhne ke baad sunnate bhi wahi padh sakta he, lekin uske baad theharna jaa’iz nahi, Taham agar zarurat se zyada thehar gaya to chunki Masjid hi me thehra he isliye Aitkaaf nahi tootega,

★ Juma ki Namaz ke ye ahkaam sirf Mardo ke liye he Aurto’n ke liye nahi, kyuki Aurto’n per Juma waajib nahi lihaza unko Juma ke liye Jane ki na to zarurat he aur na hi unke liye jaa’iz he,

★ jis masjid me moatkif he agar waha juma ki namaz nahi hoti ho to namaze juma ke liye ja’ama masjid me Jana bhi durust he, magar ese waqt me jaye k waha jaakar Tahaytul masjid aur sunnat pad sake, aur namaze juma se farig hokar foran apni masjid me wapas aa jaye,

★ Agar bhoole se bhi apni masjid se nikal gaya to bhi aitkaaf toot gaya,

★ Aitkaaf me be-zaroorat duniyavi kaamo me mashgool hona makroohe tehrimi he, maslan be-zaroorat kharid farokht karna, ( Agar gareeb aadmi he k ghar me khane ko kuchh nahi to aitkaaf me bhi khareed farokht kar sakta he), magar samaan masjid me lana jaa’iz nahi,

★ Haalate Aitkaaf me bilkul chup bethna durust nahi,, Haa agar zikr, tilawat vagera karte karte thak jaye to araam ki niyat se chup bethna sahi he,

★ Ramdhan Mubarak ke 10 din aitkaaf karne ke liye zaroori he k 20 vi tareekh ko suraj guroob hone se pehle masjid me aitkaaf ki niyat se dakhil ho jaye kyuki 20 vi tareekh ka suraj guroob hote hi Aakhri ashra shuru ho jata he,

⇨ agar suraj guroob hone ke baad chand lamhe bhi aitkaaf ki niyat ke bager guzar gaye to aitkaaf masnoon na hoga,

★ Aitkaaf ke liye Roza shart he, khuda na khasta agar roza Toot jaye to Aitkaaf masnoon bhi jata raha,

★ Moatakif ko kisi ki bimaar pursi ki niyat se masjid se nikalna durust nahi,

⇨haa! Agar apni tibbi Zaroorat ( bimaari) ke liye bahar gaya to chalte chalte mijaaz pursi bhi karli to durust he,

★ Ramzan ke Aakhri ashre ka Aitkaaf to masnoon he , wese mustahab ye he k jab bhi Aadmi masjid me jaye to Aitkaaf ki niyat kar le, chahe kitni hi der ke liye jaye,

★ Aitkaaf ki niyat dil me kar lena kaafi he, agar zaban se bhi keh le to behtar he,

★ Moatakif poori masjid me jaha chahe waha so ya beth sakta he,

★ Aitkaaf me chadar lagana zaroori nahi,

★ Bila uzr Aitkaaf todne wala azeem doalat se mehroom raha,

★ Har Din ka Aitkaaf ek mustakil ibaadat he, isliye jis din ka Aitkaaf toota he sirf usi ek din ki qaza laazim he, bahut se akaabir ne ise akhtyar kiya he,

chunanche hadees me hai ke jab rajjab ka chand nazar aata ,Huzoor Sallallahu Alahi Wasallam ﷺ yeh dua padhte

”Allahumma Barik lana fi Rajab o Sha’ban wa ballighna Ramzan”.

✿ Maahe ramzan maghfirat aur aag se khalasi aur jannat ke husool ka behtareen mauqa hai aur maah e ramzan itna ba barkat neez itni sawab ki cheez hai ke Huzoor Sallallahu Alahi Wasallam ﷺ ne mahe ramazan tak pahunchne. Kï Dua Farmayi ,

❷ UN k liye darya ki machhliyan tak dua karti hain aur aftaar tak karti rahti hain.

❸ jannat har roz un ke liye aaraasta ki jaati hai phr Haq Ta’ala farmaate hain Qareeb hai mere nek bande duniya ki mushaqqaten apne upar se phenk kar teri taraf aayenge.

❹ is maah me sarkash shayateen qaid kar diye jaate hain.

❺ Ramzan ki aakhri raat me roza daaron ke liye maghfirat ki jaati hai.

⇒ Allah Ta’ala Ramzan-ul-Mubarak ki har raat me 6 lakh logon ko jahannam se aazaad karta hain aur jab aakhri raat hoti hai to guzishta azaad shuda logon ke baqadr ( ek hi raat me ) azaad kiye jate hain.

✿ Mazeed Fazail Hazrat sahal bin sa’ad RaziAllahu Anhu farmate hain ke Huzoor Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ﷺ ne farmaya,

” roza daar jannat me ek makhsoos darwaze se dakhil honge us darwaze ka naam RAYYAN hai jab roze dar dakhil ho chuken ge to yeh darwazah band kar diya jaye ga phir koi shakhs is darwaze se dakhil na ho sake ga.

un me se koi bhi darwaza band nahi kiya jaata,
aur ek aawaaz lagane wala aawaaz deta hai ke aye khair ke talabgaar !! aage badh aur aye burayi ka iraada karne wale peechhe hatt aur Allah ke liye,
(ramzan )me bahut se log jahannam se aazaad hote hain aur ye mamlaa har raat hota hai.

Agar tamam duniya ko us mahel me muntaqil kar diya jaye to yeh duniya me bakriyon ki jagah jitna nazar ayega.

us zaat ki qasam jiske hath me Huzoor Sallallahu Alaihi vasallam ki jaan hai Rozedar ke muh ki kushbu Qayamat ke din Allah Tala ko Mushk ki kushbu se bhi zyada pasandida hogi

*_Rozedar ke liye 2 khushiya hai jinse wo farhat hasil karega.

*_1.Jab wo Roza iftar karta to khush hota hai.

*_2.Jab wo apne Rabb se milega aur Roze ke badle me apne Rabb se inaam paega to khush hoga.

” Mahe Ramzan me 4 cheezo par khoob amal kiya karo,
Q ki 2 chizo se Allah ta’ala raazi honge, aur baqiya 2 cheezo se tum be-niyaaz nahi ho sakte ho, yani us ko karna hi chaahiye, Rab ko raazi karne vali 2 cheezo yah he’n .

Aur dusri 2 cheezi jin se tum be niyaaz nahi ho sakte yah he,

    ✾ Behtar ye he k Ramdhan Mubarak ke Roze ki niyat Subeh Sadiq se pehle kar li jaye,

✾ Agar subeh Sadikq se pehle Roza rakhne ka iraada nahi tha, subeh Sadiq ke baad iraada hua k Roza rakh hi lena chahiye to agar subeh Sadiq ke baad kuchh khaya piya nahi to niyat sadiq ke baad karna sahi he,

✾ Agar kuchh khaya piya nahi ho to Dopahar se ek ghanta pehle tak ramzan sharif ke roze ki niyat kar sakte hai,

✾ Ramzan sharif ke roze me bas itni niyat kar lena kaafi he k aaj mera roza he, ya raat ko niyat karna k subeh roza rakhna he,

✾ Roze ke liye sehri khana ba-barkat he k isse din bhar quwwat rehti he, magar ye roza ke sahi hone ke liye shart nahi, Agar kisi ko sehri khane ka moqa nahi mila aur Sehri khaye bina roza rakh liya to bhi sahi he,

✾ Ramzan ka roza rakh kar tod diya to Qaza aur Kaffara dono laazim honge,

    ★ Sehri khana Mustahab he aur Baa’ise barkat he, agar na khayi tab bhi Roza ho jayega,

★ Sehri me der, magar ye zaroori he k subeh saadiq se pehle khaya jaye ,
Aur aftaar me jaldi karna chahiye magar ye zaroori he k din guroob ho Jane ka yaqeen ho jaye tab hi roza khole,

★ Azaan amuman Subeh saadiq ke baad hi hoti he, agar Azaan ke waqt tak khaya piya to roza nahi hoga,

⇨Roza kholte waqt niyat shart nahi, Aftaar ke waqt dua mustahab he, bager dua ke roza khol liya to bhi roza sahi he,

★ Aftaar ke waqt Duae’n Qubool hoti he, isliye dua ka zaroor ahatmam karna chahiye,

★ Roza rakhne aur kholne me usool ye he k usi jagah ka etbaar hoga jaha Aadmi us waqt mojood he,

⇨ Maslan ek shakhsh India se Sehri karke( roza rakh kar) Saudi Arab gaya to ab Saudi Arab ke guroob ke etbaar se aftaar karna hoga,

★ Airoplane me safar karte waqt jis jagah ki bulandi per plane ud raha he chahe wo 10 hazaar fit ki bulandi per ho aur us bulandi se guroob Aftaab dikh raha ho to roza Aftaar kar lena chahiye,

★ Ramzan Sharif ke roze har Aaqil Balig musalman per Farz he aur bager kisi shara’i uzr ke roza na rakhna Haraam he,

★ Agar na-balig ladka, ladki roza rakhne ki taaqat rakhte ho to Maa-Baap per Zaroori he k unko bhi Roza rakhwaye,

★ Jo bimaar roza rakhne ki taaqat rakhta ho aur roza rakhne se uski bimaari badne ka andesha na ho us per bhi Roza rakhna laazim he,

⇨ Baaz log bager uzr ke roza nahi rakhte aur bimaari ya safar ki vajah se Roza chhod dete hai aur baad me qaza bhi nahi rakhte, khastor per Aurto’n ke Jo roze ayyam ( Mahwari ) ki vajah se rah jate hai, unki qaza rakhne me susti ki jati he, ye bahut bada gunaah he,

★ Kaam ki vajah se,imtehan ki vajah se Roza chhod dene ki ijazat nahi,

★ Kisi doosre se apna roza rakhwana jaa’iz nahi,

⇨ Jis tarah khana khane se doosre ka pet nahi bharta, isi tarah ek shakhsh ke namaz padane aur roza rakhne se doosre ke zimme ka Farz Ada nahi hota,

★ 2-Qasdan ( Jaan bujhkar) moonh bharkar Kai karna ya moonh bharkar aane ke baad kuchh hissa qasdan lota Lena,

★ 3-Kulli karte hue halaq me paani ka chala Jana, ( us waqt Roza bhi yaad ho )

★ 4- Aurat ko chhoone vagera se inzaal ho Jana,

★ 5- Lobaan ya Oad ka dhunwa qasdan naak ya halaq me pahunchana,
Bidi, hukka pina isi hukm me he,

★ 6-Bhoolkar kha pi liya aur khayal kiya k isse Roza toot gaya hoga, fir qasdan kha liya,

★ 7- Raat samajhkar subeh sadiq ke baad Sahri kha Lena,

★ 9- Koi esi cheez nigal Jana Jo Aadtan khayi nahi jati, Jese lakdi, loha, kachcha gehu ka daana vagera,

★ 2- Subeh sadiq se pehle Junbi ho gaya fir din bhar haalate janabat me rehna,

★ 3- Fasad khulwana ( Bleeding ) ya kisi ko khoon apna khoon Dena,

★ 4-Geebat yani kisi ki peeth pichhe burayi karna,

    ★ 3- injection ya teeka lagana ya lagwana,
    ★ 4- Aankh me Dava daalna ya Surma lagana,

    ★ 6- Garmi aur Pyas ki Vajah se Gusl karna,
    ★ 7- Bhool kar Khaa pi lena,
    ★ 8- Halaq me bila akhtyar Dhunwa ya makkhi vagera ka chala Jana,
    ★ 9- Khud ba Khud Kai aa Jana,
    ★ 10 – Sote hue ahatlaam ho Jana,

Wo Uzr Jinse Roza na Rakhne ki Ijazat hoti he –

★ 1- Bimari ki Vajah se Roza rakhne ki taaqat na ho ya marj badne ka khatra ho to Roza na rakhna jaa’iz he, Ramzan ke baad Sahat ho Jane per iski qaza kare,

★ 2- Aurat ko hamal ki Vajah se Roze me bachcha ya apni jaan ko nuksaan pahunchne ka andesha ho to Roza na rakhe, baad me qaza kare,

★ 3- Jo Aurat apne ya Gair ke bachche ko doodh pilati ho agar Roze ki Vajah se Bachche ko doodh nahi milta ho aur isse bachche ko takleef pahunchti ho to Roza na rakhe, baad me qaza kare,

★ 4- Sharai musafir ko ijazat he k wo Roza na rakhe lekin agar takleef na ho to afzal yahi he k haalate safar me bhi Roza rakh le,

★ 5- Ba-haalate Roza safar shuru kiya ab uske liye Roza ko pura karna zaruri he,

⇨ Agar musafir haalate safar me tha aur subeh sadiq ke baad kuchh khaya piya nahi aur Roze ki niyat bhi nahi ki, Fir zawal se pehle watan ( home ) pahunch gaya, us per laazim he k wo Roza rakh le,

★ 6- Kisi ko qatl ki dhamki dekar Roza todne per majboor kiya jaye to uske liye Roza todna jaa’iz he, Baad me qaza kar le,

★ Agar koi shakhs Roza rakhne ke baad is qadar shadeed Bimaar ho jaye k Roza na todne ki soorat me marj ki shiddat ya bad Jane ka khatra ho to Aftaar kar lena jaa’iz he, Baad me qaza waajib he, Kaffara nahi,

★ Agar injection se ilaaj ho sake Dava pilakar Roza todne ki zarurat na ho to Roza todna jaa’iz nahi balki injection hi se ilaaj kare,

★Agar Bhool kar kha liya, ya Kai ho gayi aur ye samajh liya k mera roza Toot gaya aur Kha pee le, to roza Toot gaya aur Qaza wajib he,

⇨ lekin ye masla maloom tha k kai se Roza nahi toot ta, ya bhool se kha pee lene se Roza nahi toot ta, iske bavjood kuchh kha pee le to is soorat me uske Zimme kaffara aur Qaza do no laazim honge,

★ Agar khoon halaq me chala gaya to roza Toot jata he,

★ Roze ki haalat me makhsoos jagah me dawa ( medicine) rakhne se Roza Toot jata he,

★ Roza ki haalat me gargara karna aur naak me jor se paani chadana mamnu’a he,
★ Roza ki haalat me( Bidi ) cigarette ya hukka peene se Roza Toot jata he,

★ Sehri khatam hone se pehle koi cheez moonh me rakh kar so gaya,to roza nahi hua,
(Chahe jab jaaga to sehri ka time nikal chuka tha, fir moonh ki cheez nikaal kar fek di aur kulli kar li ho )

★ Danto me gosht ka resha ya koi cheez reh gayi thi, aur khud ba khud andar chali gayi, to agar chane ke Dane ke barabar ya usse zyada thi to roza jata raha, aur agar chane ke Dane se kam thi to roza nahi toota,

★ agar bahar se koi cheez daalkar nigal li to chahe thodi ho ya zyada usse roza Toot jata he,

★ kisi aurat ko sirf dekhne se inzaal ho jaye ( mani nikal jaye) to roza nahi toot ta, lekin Gale lagane se, Bosa lene se inzaal ho to roza Toot jata he, sirf Qaza wajib hogi,

★ Agar roze ki haalat me agar koi shakhs haath ke zariye se Mani nikaal de to roza Toot jata he, sirf Qaza laazim he,

★Agar rozadar bhool kar kuchh kha le ya pee le, ( chahe pet bhar ) tab bhi Roza nahi toot ta,

★Ek shakhs ko kuchh khate peete dekha to agar wo is qadar taaqatwar he k Roza se zyada takleef nahi hoti ho to usko roza yaad dilana wajib he,

Aur agar koi na taaqat ( kamzor ) ho k Roza se takleef hoti ho to usko yaad na dilaye, khane peene de,

★Din me roza ki haalat me so gaye aur neend me esa khwab dekha k nahane ki zarurat ho gayi to roza nahi toota,

★Din me surma lagana, khushbu sunghna, Tail lagana durust he, isse roza me koi nuksaan nahi aata chahe jis waqt ho,

★Mard, Aurat ka saath letna, haath lagana, Bosa lena ye sab durust he, lekin agar Jawani ka itna josh ho k in baato se sohbat ka dar ho to esa nahi karna chahiye, Roza ki haalat me makrooh he,

★Halaq ke andar Makkhi chali gayi ya Dhua, Gardo gubar chala gaya to roza nahi gaya, albatta agar qasdan ( jaan boojhkar) esa kiya to roza jata raha,

★Loban vagera ki dhooni sulgayi aur fir apne paas rakh kar sungha kiye to roza jata raha, isi tarah hukka peene se bhi Roza jata raha, albatta kewda, gulab ke fool ki khusbu ka sungna jisme dhua na ho, durust he,

★Daanto me gosht ka resha ya koi aur cheez atki hui thi, usko khilal kar nikaal kar kha liya, lekin moonh se bahar nahi nikali, aap hi halaq me chali gayi to dekho agar chane se kam he to roza nahi toota, aur chane ke barabar ya usse zyada ho to roza jata raha,

⇨ Agar moonh se bahar nikaal liya tha aur uske baad nigal liya to har haal me roza Toot gaya chahe chane ke barabar ho ya kam, zyada ho,

★Agar paan khakar khoob kulli gargara karke moonh saaf kar liya lekin thook ( peek) ki surkhi nahi gayi to usse koi harj nahi roza ho jayega,

★ Zabaan se kisi cheez ko zayka chakh kar thook diya to roza nahi toota, magar bina sakht zarurat esa karna makrooh he,

★ Moonh se nikla hua khoon agar thook ke saath nigal gaya to roza Toot gaya, lekin khoon ki miqdaar thook se kam ho aur halaq me khoon ka zaayka mehsoos na ho to roza nahi toota,

★ Glucose chadane se Roza nahi toot ta basharte k Glucose kisi uzr ki vajah se lagaya jaye, bina uzr Glucose chadana roza ki halat me makrooh he,

★ Roze ki haalat me Toothpaste ka istemal makrooh he, halaki halaq me na jaye to roza nahi toot ta,

★ Roze ki haalat me vaju karte waqt kulli kar ke paani gira dena kaafi he, baar baar thookna fizool harkat he, isi tarah naak ki naram haddi tak paani pahunchane se paani dimaag tak nahi pahunchta is silsile me vaham karna bhi fizool he,

★Zehrile Cheez ke das lene se Roza na to toot ta he aur na hi makrooh hota he,

★ Mirgi ke dore se, behosh ho Jane se Roza nahi toot ta .

★ Raat ko nahane ki zarurat ho gayi magar gusl nahi kiya, din ko nahaye to bhi Roza ho gaya, agar din bhar nahi nahaye tab bhi Roza nahi jata, albatta iska( napaaki ka) gunah alag hoga,

★Naak ko itna jor se sudak gaya k halaq me chali gayi, isi tarah moonh ki raal sudak kar nigal Jane se Roza nahi toot ta,

★ Moonh me paan dabakar so gaye aur subeh ho Jane per aankh khuli to roza nahi hua, qaza kare kaffara laazim nahi,

★ kulli karte waqt halaq me paani chala gaya aur roza yaad tha, to roza jata raha, qaza wajib he, kaffara laazim nahi,

★ Agar aap hi aap kai ( ulti) ho gayi to roza nahi gaya chahe thodi ho ya zyada, albatta agar apne akhtyar se kai ki aur moonh bhar ke kai hui to roza jata raha aur moonh bhar kar nahi hui to roza nahi gaya,

★Thodi si kai aayi or aate hi aap hi halaq me lot gayi tab bhi Roza nahi toot ta, albatta agar jaan boojhkar lota le to roza Toot jata,

★ Kisi ne kankri ya lohe ka tukda ya koi esi cheez kha li jisko log nahi khaya karte aur na hi koi usko bator dava ke khata he, to uska roza jata raha lekin us per kaffara wajib nahi,

⇨Aur esi cheez khayi ya pi li jisko log khate peete ho ya koi esi cheez he k yu to nahi khate lekin bator dava ke zarurat ke waqt khate hai to bhi Roza jata raha aur Qaza or kaffara do no laazim he,

★ Aurat ko Haiz aa gaya ho to usko roza Tod dene se kaffara lazim nahi,

⇨ Roza Todne se kaffara jab hi laaZim he jabki Ramzan sharif me roza Tod dale aur Ramzan sharif ke siva aur kisi roza ke todne se kaffara wajib nahi hota chahe jis tarah tode, agarche roza Ramzan ki qaza hi kyu na ho,

★ Kisi ne roza me naas liya, kaan me tail dala ya julaab me amal liya aur peene ki dava nahi pi tab bhi Roza jata raha lekin sirf Qaza wajib he kaffara nahi,

⇨ Agar kaan me paani dala to roza nahi gaya,

★ Aurto ka roza ki haalat me peshab ki jagah per dava rakhna ya tail vagera koi cheez daalna durust nahi, agar kisi ne dava rakh li to roza jata raha, qaza wajib he kaffara lazim nahi,

★ Apne moonh se chabakar chhote bachche ko koi cheez khilana makrooh he, albatta agar iski zarurat aur majboori v nachari ho to makrooh nahi,

★ Koyla chabakar daant manjna, manjan karna ya toothpaste se karna makrooh he aur agar is me se kuchh halaq me utar jaye to roza jata raha,

★ Jis masjid me namaz panj waqta bajama’at hoti ho usme aitkaaf ke liye bethna chahiye aur agar masjid esi ho jisme panj waqta namaz bajama’at na hoti ho, usme panj waqta namaz bajama’at ka intezam karna ahle mohalla per laazim he,

★ Aurat apne ghar me ek jagah namaz ke liye muqarrar karke waha aitkaaf Kare, usko masjid me aitkaaf me bethne ka sawab milega,

★ Aitkaaf me Quran majeed ki tilawat, Darood Sharif, Zikr v Tasbeeh, Dini ilm sikhna aur sikhana, Ambiya Alaihissalam, Sahaba ikram Raziyallahu anhum aur buzurgane deen ke halaat padna, sunna apna mamool rakhe,

★ Be-zaroorat baat karne se ayraaj kare,

★ Aitkaaf me be-zaroorat aitkaaf ki jagah se nikalna jaa’iz nahi, varna aitkaaf baqi nahi rahega,

⇨ Yaad rahe k Aitkaaf ki jagah se muraad poori masjid he, jisme aitkaaf kiya jaye, khas wo jagah muraad nahi Jo masjid me aitkaaf ke liye makhsoos kar li jati he,

★ Peshab -Pakhana aur Gusl ke liye bahar Jana jaa’iz he, isi tarah agar ghar se khana lane wala koi na ho to khana khane ke liye ghar Jana bhi jaa’iz he,

★ jis masjid me motkif he agar waha juma ki namaz nahi hoti ho to namaze juma ke liye ja’ama masjid me Jana bhi durust he, magar ese waqt me jaye k waha jaakar Tahaytul masjid aur sunnat pad sake, aur namaze juma se farig hokar foran apni masjid me wapas aa jaye,

★ Agar bhoole se bhi apni masjid se nikal gaya to bhi aitkaaf toot gaya,

★ Aitkaaf me be-zaroorat duniyavi kaamo me mashgool hona makroohe tehrimi he, maslan be-zaroorat kharid farokht karna, ( Agar gareeb aadmi he k ghar me khane ko kuchh nahi to aitkaaf me bhi khareed farokht kar sakta he), magar samaan masjid me lana jaa’iz nahi,

★ Haalate Aitkaaf me bilkul chup bethna durust nahi,, Haa agar zikr, tilawat vagera karte karte thak jaye to araam ki niyat se chup bethna sahi he,

★ Ramdhan Mubarak ke 10 din aitkaaf karne ke liye zaroori he k 20 vi tareekh ko suraj guroob hone se pehle masjid me aitkaaf ki niyat se dakhil ho jaye kyuki 20 vi tareekh ka suraj guroob hote hi Aakhri ashra shuru ho jata he,

⇨ agar suraj guroob hone ke baad chand lamhe bhi aitkaaf ki niyat ke bager guzar gaye to aitkaaf masnoon na hoga,

★ Aitkaaf ke liye Roza shart he, khuda na khasta agar roza Toot jaye to Aitkaaf masnoon bhi jata raha,

★ Motakif ko kisi ki bimaar pursi ki niyat se masjid se nikalna durust nahi,

⇨haa! Agar apni tibbi Zaroorat ( bimaari) ke liye bahar gaya to chalte chalte mijaaz pursi bhi karli to durust he,

★ Ramzan ke Aakhri ashre ka Aitkaaf to masnoon he , wese mustahab ye he k jab bhi Aadmi masjid me jaye to Aitkaaf ki niyat kar le, chahe kitni hi der ke liye jaye,

★ Aitkaaf ki niyat dil me kar lena kaafi he, agar zaban se bhi keh le to behtar he,

★ Motakif poori masjid me jaha chahe waha so ya beth sakta he,

★ Aitkaaf me chadar lagana zaroori nahi,

★ Bila uzr Aitkaaf todne wala azeem doalat se mehroom raha,

★ Har Din ka Aitkaaf ek mustakil ibaadat he, isliye jis din ka Aitkaaf toota he sirf usi ek din ki qaza laazim he, bahut se akaabir ne ise akhtyar kiya he,
